Hi Ehren, my pre-orders for both Leo EX and Achilles EX went through yesterday. But just to let you guys know, when I paid for everything upfront with the shipping yesterday (and for the Frazetta Conan preorder) it set up an indefinite monthly payment plan of the full amount! In order to avoid my wife having a heart attack I cancelled the monthly recurring payment plan, assuming that the first payment that went through would be fine

Anyway just thought it was something you could look into while fixing the site.

Thanks guys! great statues btw, I pre-oredered without even seeing all the pictures, as I was afraid it would sell out lol.

Hi Mister Ski, by receipt do you mean your paypal record? or an email from ARH? Thanks!

I just have my paypal records, nothing yet from ARH. Also, having the same issue as you with regard to just the Achilles EX showing on the account page and not the Leo EX.

Edit: just got an email from Alex explaining that paypal records were in order despite the accounts page not showing correct info.

I couldn't log in. I forgot password and they never send the new password to me. I asked for new password and did it many times.

I got both Ben. I got an email receipt from ARH for Leonidas since I paid by credit card and a Paypal receipt for Achilles since I paid using Paypal.

From what I understand on FB, they're not quite sold out yet. It's another glitch on their website they're trying to fix.

Really? Tbh i think it will be surprising if it took more than a day to go through 100 pieces. Reason i thought its sold out is when i add to cart, in cart it writes they have no stock to fulfill the order
