Got a couple of comics from 2010, 2015

The way she is holding the sword out to the left, is a massive space taker.

The hellhounds are obviously mirrored (check out their tails) making the set up look too symmetrical.
Why not loose one of the dog's and chop off some of the base, making the foot print smaller and dropping the over symmetrical look.
The dog's look small, and lacking crazy-ness.

The dogs look like shepherd dogs on the render

They look a little different in the comic.

They also have stings on their backs

Maybe they could have one dog growling and the other dog howling.
At the moment it looks like two happy content dogs symmetrically wagging their tails.

The way her left hand is holding onto the sword looks off. I'm sure she should grip it more to the point this the sword would be pointing more forward.
Also, i think her left hand should be less down, and should be more up inline with her lower arm. The 3D artist should go and hold and heavy sword and attempt to hold it the way Lady Death is pictured above.

they said they were making changes to the hair, maybe some other improvements were made...we'll have to wait till spooktacular to see how she looks

Okay, quick 90s comics history.

Back in the early 90s Brian Pulido started Chaos! comics with Evil Ernie which was a successful indie book. Lady Death appeared in Evil Ernie and people liked her so much she got her own book. It was pretty popular for an indie title, had features in Wizard magazine, t-shirts etc. etc.

She's changed publishers a few times but is now back with Pulido and his Coffin Comics.

So out of that she has this kind of cult status among comic fans. Shes gone through changes over the years but her fanbase has always been there.

I could get more detailed but I figure that answers your question.
