Because if there's a top or a middle, there has to be a bottom and no one here is willing to be the bottom.

Yeah, shipping costs are stupidly high right now. I just sold my Green Goblin PF and it cost $93 to ship him from Jackson, TN to Orlando, FL via UPS Ground. This is just plain crazy.

I don’t even want to know what shipping will cost for Anti-Venom when his auction ends on Tuesday. Lol.

I am curious how much statues would cost if Made in USA though.
Easily triple the amount if it’s made in the USA. I could see SSC going to Vietnam or India and get out of China.

China has been focused on building its manufacturing infrastructure for the last 40+ years, while we've been focused on building...financial instruments? Ponzi schemes? lol

Even if you took wages out of the equation, we couldn't just start manufacturing on their scale tomorrow because the infrastructure doesn't exist.

Definitely a joke topic but yeah, there's talent in the states

They wouldn't be prepared to work for the wages the Chinese have to

If you know how much resource, labor, pollution these production factories need and create, you'll know why.
China voluntarily became the "worlds factory" also in order to rapidly grow their own economy, nowadays, a lot of cheaper stuff like clothing aren't even made in China anymore, it moved to Vietnam, India...etc

Other than wages and manufacturing cost.. it will also cost the environment to be unstable with pollution from the production factories. The air quality will become really really bad, which would affect everything else.
