It was bit of a bear to get it cleaned up because the tiny part of the cigarette holder was glued well between her thumb and two fingers. Just take your time.
I had to use exacto and carefully carve away what i could, also used some very small micro drills to make some holes in the glue between her fingers to get the bulk of the glue easier to remove, then used some thin strips of sandpaper to clean it up. Touched up with some Testors flat black. I'm sure they are all different in how much glue the factory used.

You will want 8mm. I think they have different colors, green might be cool too.
I then used tiny dabs of clear RTV silicon on her fingers to hold the stone. Once dry it holds and it's easy to remove if you botch it the first time. Even dry it can just be pulled off if it gets where you don't want it.
