I guessing to get this to Canada where I am, it's going to cost me at least 2600 Canadian Dollars including duty, contact fee, etc.

I think it's the same pose with many switchouts. For lights, maybe just the eyes. The guns probably not because there are so many of them.
Loricstone, how do you feel about the battle damages as shown on the color render of the head? I know you said earlier, you like them to be pristine with shiny car finish.
I don't mind a little scuff, but the damage to his ear is little too much there.

I thought I read somewhere on Facebook that Optimus prime will be 26 inches tall from foot to head not including base or weapons.

Why would this light up, when XM actively push against light ups?
Seriously, if Iron-Man fans can't get lights why would Transformers? For the record I don't care if there are lights or not.
Well, I'm going to say it.
The feet are terrible! (and this isn't a dig at Demona and the shoes). Why does he have toes?
Also, those stupid rear view mirrors are still there.

Yea the feet look really odd to me as well, everything else is fantastic. If they change those i might think about canceling prime1s and go for this instead. If im gonna drop this kind of cash i want to love every aspect of it and those shoes arent doin it for me

Maybe the side mirrors could be detachable for people who doesn't want them, and plug them back on for those who likes them.

I have no problem with the side view mirrors at all any more. In fact, I think it adds to the aesthetic. The front part of the feet are fine, its the heel part that could change IMO. As it is now, it looks like he has chicken feet...for lack of a better term. Just make the foot flat, and it fixes everything IMO.

The side mirrors don't bother me much, but I think the right foot looks more awkward than the left. Maybe it's just the way we're seeing the render, but the feet could use some cleaning up.
