Visible Post Elements
You have the option to show or hide various elements of messages, which may be of use to users on slow internet connections, or who want to remove extraneous clutter from posts.
Show Signatures
Show Avatars
Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)

You have to manually remove the check in the box.

I disagree on this one. If someone pays $60 a year to become an Adamantium member, then those people have a right to make a signature. Considering the whole topic on whether a signature is too big is purely subjective....well, regular members should have no say in such matters. If a regular member has a problem with the size of a signature then they can contact a mod or a site administrator and they can choose how to handle the situation, but to make a post asking Adamantium members not not make signatures that are too big (by your standards), which again is purely subjective....well, I disagree with that 100%.

The fact that this website has an option to turn signatures off just makes such requests all the more out of place in my book. If you don't like signature or even just large signatures, just disable them. Problem solved. If you just don't like large signatures, then again contact someone from the site and let them be the ones to dictate what is or isn't too big.
