I remembering reading that Gul'dan and Orgrim (from Damtoys) are 1/4 scale and Durotan (from Phicen) is 1/3 scale. I could be wrong, but I recall others stating as much.

Also if you compare the heights of Durotan and Orgrim you'll notice there's a bit of a difference despite the fact that they're both standing up straight on a rocky base of what seems like equal height.

Orgrim is listed as 25 inches tall.

Durotan is listed as 28 inches tall.

Now looking at them again, I'm thinking they're the same scale. Durotan's base is a little larger and Orgrim has his knee bent a bit. That could explain the 3-inch difference in their heights.

I know I was told Phicen's Warcraft stuff was going to be 1/3 though.

Jesus Christ. That is a masterpiece. Could pass for 1:1.

Where'd you find those photos?

I am wondering how many people are on the fence on getting these statues. They are expensive and by companies I never heard of so this could be a big risk.

Also, I'm concerned whether the production version will be just as good as these prototypes. Will probably wait for some reviews...

I think my main issue with the Gul'Dan piece is just how dark the coloring is. I feel like a lot of the details are lost because of it.

Also yeah I think a lot of us are waiting to see how these turn out. I can imagine they will go for below market value on the aftermarket, which is what I'm waiting for. I would be willing to snag Gul'Dan for a lower price.

Is the Durotan statue out yet? Anyone have any new information on it? It says it's shipping between September and October on Sideshow.
