Some photos from Facebook. Rey will also include a headwrap that can be posed to expose her face.

Updates come with both the Rey figure and the Rey & BB-8 figure set. Photos only show the powered lightsaber (handle and blade). Not sure if the saber handle will also come with Rey. Finn comes with both.

This won't affect my purchase, but I just realized that the Graflex saber included with both Rey and Finn is the Empire Strikes Back version and not the Force Awakens one.

Aren't they the same hilt? I thought the one that was different was the ANH one.

The TFA version brings back the glass eye that the ESB version removed in favor of a second red button. The TFA version is essentially a hybrid of the ANH and ESB Graflex lightsaber.

Hmm, ok. I thought it was exactly the one from ESB. Guess Maz made some modifications.

There are subtle differences between the three. Here are some images of replicas that can demonstrate where they differ:

A New Hope:

Note the bubble strip on the clamp in the middle of the saber, there are seven hand grips, one red button, and one glass eye (silver button looking thing opposite red button). Better angle of the red button found in the next pic.

The Empire Strikes Back:

Here the bubble strip was removed in favor of a circuit board, there are now six hand grips instead of seven, each hand grip is now secured by fasteners, and the glass eye was replaced for a second red button.

The Force Awakens:

Everything from the ESB version essentially remains in tact except the second red button that was added for that film. It is now replaced with the original glass eye found in ANH. There also seems to be some discrepancy with the length of the hand grips but nothing confirmed so far. The TFA version appears to be an attempt at the best of both versions of ANH and ESB.
