NEW Marvel and DC movie poster art

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share with you my Marvel and DC artwork. I drew all of these with colored pastel pencils. Each one takes about 50-150 hours to complete. Thanks for checking out my art.

I recently saw some of your stuff on another site (can't remember where). I was just as impressed then as I am now. Cool to see you're a member of the forum.

Very nice. Love the GL. Are you putting a wash down on the background?

Beautiful work! So much better than the official posters. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 was one of the single worst posters I have seen this decade. I keep hoping Hollywood will go back to the painted and hand drawn styles that were so prevalent before the mid 90's. I have quite a few art books that focus on many of the artists that made those beautiful posters back in the day and today's photoshopped posters...well, there is just no comparison whatsoever. The modern posters all look alike and just have very little creativity. You have the photoshopped head style, the complimentary color style, etc.

I do own most of the Marvel and DC theatrical double sided posters for their super hero films, but that is only becasue I am such a huge super hero fan and love most of the movies. The collector in me just couldn't say no. Still, posters like yours and the posters we see get released through companies like Mondo are just VASTLY superior in every way. Again, great job!!
