This is an accurate replica of the movie prop, not a toy nor a kit.

well said correct, its heavy and solid and looks great, I wish the canopy had plastic in it and the guy was more detailed but the ship is kick butt accurate

There are more pictures on the ebay link and that is not my auction. There are not usually any glass in these kinds of props. You can look at the x-wing and Millennium falcon studio models and they do not have glass. It messes with the blue screen and the glass casts a glare. I would suggest a plexi cover though to keep the dust out of it. I would have liked more detail on the engine..maybe some sliver/metal but I think they were going for the studio prop. It is a very nice piece. Studio prop link. http://www.universalhartland.com/code/buck003t.shtml

It is one of my favorite ships of all time. I think they did it justice. As far as source material, there is not much out there. This is one of those show like galactica that had a tight budged and just flipped film instead of shooting elaborate space battles.

great looking piece, it is definitely a prop and not supposed to be more, the original pilot was not very detailed

I would have gotten one if it wasn't close to a grand. But even then, I wouldn't have anywhere to put it.

Thanks madcow this is my first studio prop so I had no idea but the no glass makes sense now. Its well worth the price I paid.
I recommend if you can find it for near original price. Who knows paul might have one or two left if you email him . This was limited to 200 so real small run

Yours looks great . I was hoping for a replica of the prop and it seems this came out just like it .
Assuming these are not numbered ? Still trying to figure out if I paid shipping added in to my payment plan .Think I did .
Hope I get a shipping notice soon .
