Would love the two suggestions above and a streaming panel like you've done in the past (in person) at the cons that show concept art, sculpt renders, etc. would be awesome too with announcements.

Thanks for the reply as for content type I would recommend revealing the new pieces by doing a sit down video reveal with the sculptors getting a full 360 view of it discussing the pieces. Also follow this up with professional photos of all angles. You can trickle all this potential new content little by little meeting koto on people's mind. Look at what sideshow does and emulate it. I think they are successful in what they do. Besides sharing this content with the main website you should bring the reveals to places like this were your true supporters are......
Besides this PRICE, PRICE and PRICE is everything. I love Kotobukiya but the cost of your fine art pieces are driving me to pay a little extra and go the sideshow route.
Thanks for what you do and being responsive on this thread.

I don't see Tifa yet but I didn't check to see if more have been announced.
I guess we should probably stop discussing this in the Kotobukiya Q&A thread though. I don't think Gonk will have any info on these...

It's a shame to think about all the amazing Final Fantasy and Tomb Raider (and probably some others that I am not thinking of) statues that could have been released over the years if the license was able to get into the hands of companies like Kotobukiya, Alter, or Good Smile etc...

Hi Gonk! Yeah, I'm also curious if Kotobukiya is working out to get Square-Enix licenses. I managed to get most of Kotobukiya's Final Fantasy figures when they came out. I really love my gunner Yuna. I bet that if Koto were to make them now, it would be twice as awesome. I've seen some 1/4 scale Final Fantasy statues, so, I guess maybe Square isn't as strict as they seem in selling licenses. Really looking forward to the day Koto makes Final Fantasy figures again.

1/4 scale Final Fantasy statues? I haven't seen those. Did they come out with-in the last 10 years?
That Kotobukiya Yuna that you have is still the best Yuna statue/figure that I have seen and it was released way back in 2004. I have some of the Kotobukiya FF7 action figures from way back. They have a simple clean look like a Figma. They still look better to me than any of the Play Arts figures Square has released.
I really hope Square/Enix allows Kotobukiya to license their characters again.

Really? There should be a thread of those statues here. Mayflies is making both Aerith and Tifa. Man, would totally get them if I could afford high end statues. A studio called Neoclassism or something is making a smokin' Tifa. Saw a Cloud statue with Fenrir, but t'was a commission work. Beautiful, but still, something I can't afford. Wasn't able to get Koto's FF7 figures Yeah they were pretty simple, but it captured FF7's feel back then. I was yet to afford buying toys then, so, yeah, I could only covet them :P I agree that Koto's gunner Yuna is one of the best! Really lucky to get an authentic one 'coz I've seen lots of bootlegs floating around. Hoping Koto would start making them again.
EDIT: Oh, and there's another from Hot Tifa fig from Exquisite Studios.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.
