They are doing a dio w/ Nedry and a 1/2 or 1/3 scale Maquette I believe. The description for the base they wanted to do for the Maquette is just like yours.

I think 1/2 or 1/3 is too big, this Horizon model is 1/6 and 2 feet long. Honestly, I didn't copy their idea if you maybe think so. As I said, I had this concept long time ago, it's nice to see that people at Chronicle know what fans want. I'm pretty sure their piece will have the same elements like mine, but will be completely different design. Something tells me that they will not include as much foliage as I did, probably just a muddy hill and Barbasol can.

That does sound too big now that I think about it. I think it was mentioned about 2 feet or just above(hopefully at least 1/5 to match the Rex when that comes)

As much as I've seen these are the only two official maquettes. Hopefully they will go for the one like on the second pic, it's more dynamic and the first one doesn't even have the colors from the movie

They were taking about swap out heads, but as long as it looks more like that 2nd pic I will be happy.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

The latest stream has me confused on the dilophosaurus statues. Are they adding Nedry to the larger maquette sized dilophosaurus or are they skipping straight to the smaller dilophosaurus / Nedry diorama?

When can we expect egg news? (I thought the Easter break would have been perfect timing.)
I've got my fingers crossed that it wil come packed in a set alongside Grant's Velociraptor claw (paeleontoligical correctness be damned) and a chunk of amber with a "prehistoric mosquito" embedded within.
