Like FROBAY wrote. 2 separate Styrofoams in 2 separate boxes in a huge shipper. But the Styrofoam-parts are not stuck togehter, they are loose. The Styrofoam is not the best. It sticks and crumbles like hell and went in every gap. Took me about 20 minutes getting rid of the crumb on every piece of Thor.
And be careful when you take out the separate pieces. They sit really strong in the Styrofoam.

Thanks Frobay and to Robin for posting these pics. I was hoping they wouldn't use the cheap Styrofoam but oh well. Looks like it was packed really well.

Is the width above measuring the widest part of the statue or the width of the base?

The width depends in which direction you present the statue.
The widest possible measurement is 18.11 inch.

Thor looks awesome! Congrats to everyone that ordered this highly detailed statue. I ordered the "Web Exclusive" edition directly from ARH. I missed out on the AP edition but still wanted a signed statue. Like many others, I am impatiently awaiting his arrival.
I hear the complaints about the line around his mouth. After some soul, and money searching, I decided that it wasn't a deal breaker for me. Also, the wife likes him better than the Sideshow Thor...green light!!!
As a sidenote I also chose to support the "start up" ARH over the bigger, albeit still loved by me, Sideshow Collectables.

So are these all APs and Website Exclusives? I'm interested to see regular ol' shipped from Sideshow pics. When do those hit?
