Even though she was almost fully complete at SDCC she still needed some adjustments after the show. Though minor in nature, they still take time. From there she has to go through photo, more approvals, the beginning steps of manufacturing, and then finally align with her projected release date into customers hands and the manufacturing schedule. All of these factor in to when an item can be ready for final solicitation. Where she is in the process now puts her on an estimated track to be up for Pre-Order within the next couple of months.

Are there any DC or Marvel comic version life size busts in development other than Deadpool?

Out of interest, is there a reason that shipping prices have disappeared from item pages, or is this a bug with the site? It's obviously important and handy information that any potential customer needs to know, it was ideal having it at a glance alongside the payment information ion the top right corner.

The entire payment panel was simplified on sell pages recently. Shipping prices can still be found by adding an item to ones cart and viewing it on the pre-checkout screen.
