same here bro, $200 in rewards now in a year ill just have to pony up $880 - not bad considering the size and what you get imo
let me know how that goes with voltron... lol

Not quite as much for me - I had ~$150. I've got a lot of rewards coming due within the next year though. Maybe if Voltron hasn't sold out by then, I'll swing that... lol.
Too bad SS aren't offering the $20 flat shipping fee like for Voltron. Hopefully they'll institute that. Otherwise we might wind up paying $80-90 for this sucker.

This looks great, and I love the size, but I'm just not a big-enough fan to drop $1200 for it. Heck, I'm a huge Berserk fan, and I don't think I'd pay that for their Guts statue, even if I thought that it was the definitive Guts collectible.
I hope that the finished product looks amazing for those getting this piece; I can't wait to see in-hand pics.

This hobby is the most depressing
Prices and quality pieces are skyrocketing to a whole new level and it's definitely left me behind

Yeah I really don't know if I can buy this one. It's just so expensive and so tall. Plus, I would rather spend a couple hundred less and not have all the random switch out options when I know exactly how I will display it 100% of the time.

Remind me again: in the movie version, does Unit 01 become independent from the power cord the same way it does on the TV show version? Does this come with a power cord for the back? I see a cord in the unpainted Unit 02 but not here.

I think the unit 1 statue is modeling when it is running on internal power

Thanks guys. Waiting for all the movies to be released together so I can buy them as a box set.
I currently have the platinum DVD TV set and the Paul Champagne box with the original release from way back when these first came out.
