i bought two of these and tried to change the AAA batteries on both and nothing happened. i put the old batteries back in both and they worked. tried changing them and again didnt work. any else have problems like this. why would it work with one set of triple a's and not another. i know the batteries are good cause i tried them on something else.

Were you replacing them with rechargeable batteries??

Don't really know the reason why, but remember reading somewhere that they don't recommend rechargables be used in the prior released ones. If so may be the same for this one.
