They've changed her hand, which now looks better. The thinner face looks better than the rounder head release. The statue looks super from the neck down. I'm not into Superman / Supergirl, but might have been tempted, if that hair, face, neck was different.

What does she do with her hand. Blocking the sunlight?
Sideshow should have stayed with the salute.
While it is sad, that a statue which was a day one pre order for me, is now a no because of the changed hand, i am happy for those, who like it better now.

Yup, I already know about the hand. But the face does seem more toned down.
I didn't like the body sculpt from the beginning, so this is still a pass for me, too.

I can't be the only person who think she's look vacant in the face. Like a model who is pretending to be Supergirl.
And with the body positioning, the base and the new hand position it looks like she is tripping on the rocks and preparing to catch herself. All while keeping a smile on her face to play off the misstep.
The base is an odd choice. Why not make it look like she's landing on the top of a building or sidewalk so she's smiling at people or inhabitants?
This statue is totally WTF to me. Powergirl was so on point and then there is this......it really is a shame that all the other DC women are great but Supergirl gets this treatment. Wonderful that lots of you love it, it's just not a direction I see Supergirl going.

Tbh, SS just does enough of obscure things(GL base, Heath Joker Ex/card too small, Purgatori scale etc.) to keep me from ordering. And I'm actually glad because between XM, PCS and P1 it's hard to keep up and when SS gets a statue 90% right and barely misses the mark it's easy to pass with the higher prices and ES. I'll probably bite on Spider-man as he looks great and Red Sonja if she does too.

I think SS made the Superman PF's portrait harsher in the third picture to match better with the way they painted Supergirl's. The new hand is nicely sculpted, but it's the most confusing of the three choices pose-wise. I have no idea what she's doing.
