That's pretty sweet.
Pass though, it's another thin Lithograph.
Sideshow needs to pony up and put these on Giclee.
Here is an article on Giclee vs Lithograph:
https://finerworks.com/info/giclee-v...ph-prints.aspx
Lithographs sell for around 45.00 bucks (Acme Archives & Dark Ink) were Giclee's are a bit more pricey but the paper quality is much better. They don't really talk about paper in the article.

You can do Lithos on a whole lot of different papers. It's not a limitation of that process that they're using thin ass cheap paper, that's a cost decision to make more money per print. I bet sideshow doesn't have a say in the paper used in this case though otherwise I bet they would be using the same or similar paper they've been using.
And yea it's disappointing, having art on a nice solid, durable medium is a big deal to me as I would imagine it is for a lot of people.
The print itself looks cool though.

Does look cheap in hand. Giclee is worth the money.

Alex Ross paper giclees usually retail for $400+ so I don't see Sideshow selling them.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Yeah, I don't see the majority of statue collectors forking over $400+ for a giclee. But for Ross fans and completists, definitely! Especially if they are exclusive to SS. I assume these lithos are hand signed like the previous ones? Or am I assuming too much?
