Face masks

Does anyone know of some kind of mask that's very thin and easy to breathe in? I've been having to wear them for work and I have a hard time breathing and it fogs up my glasses so much that I have to pull it below my nose which makes it pointless(plus all the adjusting touching it where I wouldn't touch my face at all otherwise).

This is what I've been wearing mostly, I've tried a cotton one with same results. I don't really care if it protects from anything as long as I can breathe easily. And I'm not out of shape that bad, I think I have some sinus or other problem which I'm going to see an ENT specialist when I can.

I sew charcoal filters inside of an Under Armor neck gaiter.

"Immediately before wearing a face mask, wash the spectacles with soapy water and shake off the excess. Then, let the spectacles air dry or gently dry off the lenses with a soft tissue before putting them back on. Now the spectacle lenses should not mist up when the face mask is worn."

I am a glasses seared as well and I notice that if the mask is really pinched down over the nose that can prevent the glasses from fogging up a little. Also, breathing through your mouth instead of your nose can prevent it to some extent as well. (I am more of a mouth breather than nose breather).

The purpose of wearing a mask is not to protect you from getting COVID-19. It's to prevent you from spitting and breathing on other people and potentially giving them the virus in case you are unaware that you are infected. So if it's thin, it's still okay.
