Robb's direwolf was insane! Hopefully we see a lot more of the wolves this season.
Just as great a premiere as I expected. A lot of setting up for the coming season. I watched it back to back

I'm half way thru the 3rd book now and it was nice to be reminded of all the little things that went down in book 2.
Love me some Tyrion. And Joff is still the douchebag I want to see dead more than anything.
There are some characters I'm really interested to see casting for, but this season should be sweet!!
How bad ass is Ghost gonna look?!

Makes me want to sign up for HBO again, instead of raiding a bud's house just for one show.

Get ready for book numbers 4 and 5......Martin had to make a choice, as he tells it, whether to tell all the character's stories over two books, or split the characters into two groups and tell their stories separately, which is what he did. The PROBLEM is that as the 5th book starts, they are in the same point in time as the characters in the beginning of the 4th. SO, you encounter a lot of talking about "what if's" and already know the answer. It gets a little tough to keep things straight. I'm about 200 pages into Dances, and it is still consistently good. I just hope "Winter in the North" doesn't take years to get out....
