I own the Infinity and seeing it up close it is simply spectacular. It looks prototype perfect to me.

I cannot rightfully judge Queen as only seen photos and videos, but looks good as well.

I own both. I had the QS one before I bought the IS one.

My main impression is that QS was definitely a fine piece to own by itself, but IS has a superior skin tone by a mile, so I find it more pleasing to look at. Side-by-side makes QS look too pale, almost sickly.

I don't really judge likenesses, since most people seem to disagree with me on that anyways. They both did a great job, as far as I care.

-------

Infinity:

Pros:
  • Better skin tone
  • Better leather work overall
  • Full-back down to the base
  • Comes w/ lasso
Cons:
  • Base is poorly made, very plain
  • Tiara was a royal b*tch to put on
  • Hair was very badly clumped, made worse by my attempts to save it
Queen:

Pros:
  • Much nicer ornate base overall
  • Tiara comes pre-installed
  • Comes w/ metal shield
  • Hair maintained wavy shape
Cons:
  • Skin tone looks too pale next to IS
  • Back slants inwards below shoulders
  • Eyebrows aren't dark enough
  • Gilded strips on base are very fragile
  • Shield's paint chips easily when inserted into base

---------

Plan now is to have the JND WW standing in front of the QS shield, with QS bust to the right and IS bust to the left.

I think infinity wins in terms of both likeness and design. Queen never looked spot on from the start IMO, and even after the tweaks. Infinity is more dynamic and not hiding her face

Likeness: Both excellent.

Pose: Infinity. It allows you to see the costume unobstructed.

Base: Both good in size and detail.

Actually, it comes with a polystone shield. I had to buy the metal one separately.

But the metal one has no sculpted detail on the rear ring and is perfectly smooth, whereas on the polystone version it has the sculpted texture.

With regards to possible chipping, the polystone shield for me had unslightly casting issues along the shield's edges. I didn't really notice them until I compared the two. Since I display the front of the shield, I ended up boxing up the polystone shield.

Great summary, so a small favor towards Infinity Studios version I recon? Would love to see a picture with all 3 when you receive JNDs WW
