Unoriginal. But the reason I won't be picking this up. Not feeling the costume design. Too cosplay for me and gloves too short. Sorry Wolverine. I am your biggest fan.

The best Wolverine in yellow and blue is the Hulk vs Wolvie but in that he has to share the spotlight.

Maybe the next iteration will be something cool.

However, this far exceeds the designs from Iron Studios. They are still on a learning curve but hope they continue.

That's my pennies for the day...
agree, the sculpt and design of that Wolverine is nearly perfect. But not 1/4 scale so still not up there with this piece IMO

Really like this one a lot but still not sold on the costume. Very much on the fence for now.

Interesting to read all the philosophies on the sculpt, costume, facial expression, etc. Seems like a win-win here with this Wolvie. If you buy it, you have a great piece, if you don't buy it, you know you'll see another version fairly soon.

It's a great sculpt and probably the best Wolverine that's been fully unveiled so far....but come on, let's not say it should be $600+ because it's a great sculpt. There's a lot less going on than Deapool for example, this should be in line with a normal sized PF imo around $450

I don't believe Sideshow has offered a PF for $450 in quite some time. Modern Thor was $439.99, but that was 2 years ago.

Red Sonja is $560, so I'm hoping that's the ballpark.

Pretty cool variation of Wolvy, but what will sell me is how good the masked head looks like...

What’s the obsession with price. Seems like every thread on SS ends up with a price discussion that goes on for pages and pages. You don’t see that with XM, IS or Prime 1 threads

I think because with XM we've had fairly consistent pricing for a while now. Also, XM usually have a price list up for all pieces shown at STGCC, therefore, there's nothing to debate.

With Sideshow we won't know the price until a week before PO. This could be months after being shown at a con.

And the pricing is so random.
And we get no better packaging or QC to warrant it.
But because a pose is dynamic? More rods cost a 100$ easy?
I see Wolverine being 600, possibly 700.
Honestly. I'm fine with that if it is. The quality is there and it could always be worse. Cough cough Thanos-1200

I have the XM Wolverine and I can tell you that I like this statue better. I still like my XM one and don't regret buying it at all but this statue has superior head sculpts and the pose is a bit better. The base probably goes to XM but they are close
