I guess his design takes inspiration from Godzilla 1999/2000, he has pink dorsal spikes.
I'm not exactly hyped by the trailer, but from everything I've read this is a KONG movie with Godzilla in it and Kong isn't my favorite kaiju.

It looks fine, but I have to admit after seeing "Godzilla Minus One" that gave me all I wanted from the big guy this is hard to get too excited about.
As long as my boy gets a few moments I'll be okay with it, that's pretty much my standard with these US versions.

I'm a sucker for anything Godzilla so will go see it but man that scene where him and Kong are running just looks terribly unfinished. Hopefully CGI is worked on before then.
