Medusa's first appearance was way back in 1965, in Fantastic Four #36.

As to good covers with her on them, look for the Marvel Knights series, and the cover by Jae Lee with Medusa and Maximus, Or, the recent cover for the Secret-Invasion tie-in, with Medusa holding Black Bolt's containment suit.

I don't know if Lady Liberators was an actual title or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were some good images from her time with them.

I've always liked that Spider-Man cover. I just know that when I display a cover or artwork with my statues I try to get the same costume on both. Otherwise that Spider-Man cover would be a top choice!
