Has Deviant Art Stopped Taking Help Wanted Ads?

I'm trying to find a sequential artist that can channel J. Scott Campbell for a project I'm working on. I've had good luck with DA in the past in finding up and coming talent. Anyone know if there was some kind of ad policy change? Or maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place.
