Just scooped this up on ebay at a great price, but after seeing the color fade in the midriff the great price is looking more like a "you get what you paid for" situation. Unfortunately the ebay seller doesnt except returns. Minus the color fading everything else looks fine. if anyone can help recommend what type of paint, color, and where to find it is best to fix this i would greatly appreciate it.

unfortunately after looking at other photos i am noticing it as well. How would you go about trying to find a matching paint to fix the issue?

Maybe this one?

I know some collectors have used it to touch up their Hot Toys Iron Man figures, which also have red metallic paint.

Koto's red metallics are known for getting gummy and fading. I got a sealed Elektra not too long ago and the band's on her arms are sticky. No fading though. I would do like suggested above. Try a candy coat in red. It would probably work best applied with an airbrush.

I have been doing some custom bishoujos lately, it would be fun to test that out.

New addition to the collection and i have to say i love it. I wish i started collection way back when the DRS line started. Would love to get my hands on a the Jim Lee style Cyclops and Gambit. Oh well here is to hoping Kotobukiya or someone else brings them back.
