Okay peeps I just checked the Metro North weekend schedule from Grand Central Terminal to Valhalla Station. Here's are some departure and arrival time schedules. Let me know what works for everyone:

Option 1
Departure time-11:48am
Arrival time-12:27pm

Option 2
Departure time-12:48pm
Arrival time-1:27pm

Option 3
Departure time-1:48pm
Arrival time-2:27pm

For those lazy chum buckets who don't want to come all the way down to the city only to find yourself travel back up north again here is the schedule for you to look at your leisure should decide against meeting at Grand Central:
