Why didn't Jerry strike the partnership with Sideshow himself instead of selling the company and having it move across the continent? Only to come back full circle to Sideshow, again.

Anyway, this is the best possible outcome out of this mess. I think we were close to losing it all. Someone loses in this deal, thankfully we're in good hands now.

Same reason he left Sideshow in the first place.
The $$$ wasn't worth his time.
