Remember Susan?
I know nothing of law so can't make much sense of it but thought it might interest some of you.
I think it's something along the lines Sideshow suing for breach of contract.

Breach of contract. What'd she do, buy a Prime 1 statue?

So the judge is about to throw this out. Why is this a thread? Newsflash, former employee tries to cash in after getting fired...Never heard of that happening before...

From what I gathered, I thought that SSC was suing Susan. Looks like OP removed that link.

In the link posted above, it is Sideshow that is suing Susan, not the other way around. Reading comprehension is not a strong suit for some people.

I really don't think this is any of our business. I am surprised it is even accessible publicly.

Yeah, the way it works: Plaintiff is first listed, defendant is second listed.
Sideshow sued Susan, not the other way around. But it does look like it’ll be dismissed because Sideshow hasn’t responded to the defendant’s claim.
Also, while these are court docs and are publicly available, not sure if this is the right venue to air that. That being said I wonder if this is a reason she stopped doing her livestreams coupled with the pandemic (like she had a non-compete clause or something).
It just sucks for everyone.

I can't think of a more right venue (other than not to air it at all). But I know some will be interested. Or have we all forgotten that long ****storm of a thread that had to get moderated?
