True. Very expensive and probably weigh a few hundred lbs

My thought is the EX would be real bronze and the regular would be faux bronze.

EX would be super limited, maybe 10-20 pieces max and Ive never priced bronze so its a guess but Im thinking $2500-$5000 depending on size.

The regular would be priced like a normal polystone statue, maybe a little higher if they use bronze filler.

This is new to me so figuring it out.

If you want to charge over $3,000 for a bronze statue it would have to be at least 1/4 of size. A fully loaded diorama and bust would be too damn expensive so a 1/5 or 1/6 line would be good, a 1/6 line could range from $800 - $1,000 and an ES size of 10 - 20 would definitely sell and would already be so damn rare.

Looking back at the SW Bronze statues 21" or just about 1/4 scale goes for $5k by SS standards. And seeing as how they would most likely distribute for J, that would be the price for a 1/4 scale. So at best $3k for a 1/5 scale SF bronze statue would be about right in my eyes. A must have? Depends on if the sculpt is as good as Akuma, Sagat and Ultimate Ryu.

I do like the Faux Bronze Idea though J, with the excl being the actual Bronze.

What would the art direction for the statues be like - more stylized or more realistic than the 1/4? Museum style poses or dynamic?

well in the sense that they are bronze, yes. In the sense that (I think) Clays are 1/6th figural then thats what the poll is for.
