Lady Samurai statue

Here's my latest statue, the Lady Samurai, for lack of a better name. 1/6 scale, cast-off clothing. Samurai helmet as accessory.

Thanks, -Wei

Umm.
That throne looks a bit too much like a doctor's gynaecological inspection yoke for me, and it's hard to imagine her being comfortable with her knees spread that wide or being up on her toes while sitting.
The woman's chest seems to defy gravity a bit too much, too, to me. If she were a little less endowed (my preference, as I think a B cup is perfect) or had a little more gravity applied, I think she'd look better.

Regards,

Richard.

Haha, well, comfort wasn't one of the priority. I was mainly finding elements to fit her pose. My wife says that she looks like she's on a flying saucer of some sort=).

The boobs...actually, I've taken her a cup size down already. The clothes over her breast is removable so with the clothes on, it will look more bustier (if that's a word). The gravity, there is, I just haven't shown the whole thing. Don't want too much nudity on this forum.

Thanks, -Wei

The throne is very odd. although it reminds me of Metron's chair (new gods), comes off a bit futuristic toilet, and at odds with samurai. I know creative license etc....

Is their any Japanese reference for this chair design, Wei?

I like the overall concept but the chair design just looks very odd and sans the inscription doesn't look very Samurai or even Japanese to me. Hopefully it will be tweaked some.

Chair design, not really. The ones I've researched was basically a little stool that they sat on. Great references from the movie "Ran." So I just went with my own design, and yes, it's somewhat futuristic. I use references of course but overall it's just designs and shapes that I come up with to help support/complement the figure. Thanks, -Wei
