Cleo from 5 to 7 (1962) - Cleo, a singer and hypochondriac, becomes increasingly worried that she might have cancer while awaiting test results from her doctor.
What an amazing walk around Paris. It's inexplicable that I waited this long to see it for the first time. Another French New Wave winner. 9/10

The Nun - 2/10
Plenty of praying and religious nonsense (I suppose this was implied in the title on reflection) But not a single genuine scare to be seen. Nor much of anything really...

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

That Prime 1 statue is actually pretty cool & creepy looking. More so than anything in the movie.

I think the "serious" Marvel movies will come from Spider-Man and eventually Disney's X-Men. There is some humor, but X-Men is pretty deep with it's theme being bigotry and hatred. Hard to make all of that light and fun.
It's just a shame that perhaps we wont see how even the Avengers treat mutants like dirt beneath their shoes and a danger that needs to be policed.

Glass (2019), 6/10
My take (no spoilers): The film started off great and then Shyamalan showed up (literally) and proceeded to prove he prefers his own ego trip over everything else. He gets in his own way and just ruins the story. Bruce Willis is also really getting long in the tooth. It was as if scenes were re-written because he couldn't or just didn't want to do them. He really should retire at this point. On a good note James McAvoy and Sam Jackson were awesome with what they were given. The film gets an extra point from me for the McAvoy and Jackson performances. Without them it would be a 5 out of 10.
