That really sucks. Hope they find these crooks and you are able to get back your collection.

These are things people should consider before dropping huge coin on starting a collection.

great...now to break the news to the wife that we need to move into a gated community and set up cameras to guard my statues...she isn't going to be happy

I totally know the feeling...about two years ago I was selling my home...My wife and I were not home and we had an open house...Someone grabbed a ton of signed baseball/football cards...I did not realize anything was missing until I was packing it up a week later. They were worth around $1500, Granted it's not as bad as yours but the feeling is the same...I so hope they catch whoever did this to you...All the best.

Totally blows what happened Monel. Just thought I give you a bit of advise since we both live in Southern Cali. Try Frank and Son's collectible show room on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I can see someone pawning them there. Many collectors are familiar with this place, especially since Stan Lee frequents the place. I think Feb 22 is his next appearance.

I can't see this being one guy ether, how many pieces could one person grab before running out to a car/truck...two at most?
Whoever it was definitely had help. Hate to say, but if you live in a bungalow or smaller home with that sort of money sitting in it you run this sort of risk.

Hope they find the punks that did this though.

In Dallas? BTW Madness Games and Comics has a crimson baroness if you wanted to see it in person. They're asking 600 for it.

I was in Cali at the time bought a campbell baroness from a guy in GB supposedly a stand up guy sent it I me after about a month stuck in customs I received the package with no art, filed the claim with FedEx got my $ back 8 months later, found out 2 years later HE sold it again to someone...Russell sheath you are still scum!
No interest in the crimson baroness I will be making my own from a black, also doing a blue original version, actually working on a crimson version exclusive for someone else here, should be done in a few days

People need to be careful posting pics online as well (whether on here or on Facebook). You want to be careful if you're posting pics of your statue's you're not also inadvertently providing clues as to the layouts of your homes or where they are etc.
