Just an idea:
I think Prime 1 is part of a government conspiracy to boost the economy. Leading collectors by the balls. Pumping money back into circulation. They have an army of workers all on speed, they never stop. Prime 1 never sleeps...

This was bound to happen down the line, his portrayal in the AO game was sick, his depiction reminded me a bit of Lee Bermejo's, ''Joker'' comic too:

Awesome news! I've been waiting for this. I wonder if this will be the only Arkham Joker they do or if there will also be a version from Rocksteady's Arkham trilogy.
