They don’t really “connect”, just positioned next to each other, so you can pose them in different but minimum angles. Mine is set up and measured as such: rear to front foot print is approx 23 inches (but add 10 more inches to account for the gauntlet).

Left to right is approx 24 inch footprint (add 6 inches for a corpse arm hanging off the edge).

I'm so glad I ordered this, (lady death), I'm still paying on it, I ordered it to go with my COTD pieces, but man I think this may top all those pieces, these pictures are just unreal

Check out Half-Fast Reviews on YouTube. He covers what batteries you will need for the XM Thanos. I cannot remember which ones you will need.
