I bet you it's easier than you are thinking.

I agree with you on that one. It's only human to make mistakes.

Hello all!

It looks like the factory put the wrong statue in this War God box. This seems to be an isolated case and we are letting the factory know so we can prevent this for other statues. We are also taking extra precautions here just incase there is another. And of course we will send you the right statue (: Just email customer service and we'll be happy to help.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

This is not a big deal real test will be how long they take to get him the correct statue. Mistakes happen no big deal. The big deal will be if he has to wait 7 months for a replacement.

Can pcs just hire one of us to do qc checks this is getting embarrassing. I feel the members on statue forum will do way better job then what's been happening lately.

It's probably deodorant, Kotal Kahn doesn't like to stink.

CS has already responded and sent me a label to send him back. This appears to be a one off. Unfortunately, the one off happened to go to someone who posts a lot of pics and video. :P

just got mine in. its the right color. looks amazing. gotta sell something to make room its definitely a keeper for me! I thought I remembered there being 2 heads for Kotal Kahn. This is the head I was going to display anyway Im just curious.

He makes Shao Kahn look tiny, which is a bit of a bummer. I wish Shao Kahn was a bit bigger/taller its otherwise a perfect statue

Statue looks awesome, wish I had gotten one. One thing though, maybe it's just me. From playing the game I thought the markings on him were supposed to be a type of war paint. From the looks of the statue it seems significantly raised. Was this the desired effect PCS went for, and if so why? Just curious.

So there's only one head? That's disappointing. There was definitely a closed mouthed head displayed at the shows and I'm fairly sure the description on the old site said there was a switch out portrait.....
