Yeah,
But I don't really have any place for them in my house (plus my wife would kill me).
Also they would look really cool left and right from my entrance door.

Then by all means, mount them where you plan to and post a pic for us of how they look. I would inspect closely from time to time to see if the weather has any adverse effects.

The cost of statues nowadays has gotten out of hand and really not worth it imo. $1,500, $2,500, $3,500 a pop, it really is insane.

If you watch the Prime 1, XM, PCS conversations there are many who are dropping serious coin on statues.

Oh I've seen it. I've been all over P1 and XM's sites also. While there's no denying they do amazing work, the scales are larger than I like, and the prices, along with the shipping costs are just mind boggling. The P1 Big Chap is so very tempting, I will admit.

I think if this piece was as far into production as they said, it would have been shipped by now.

You would think so. With all of the CC showing up on websites now, surely this can't be far behind. At least I hope so, because I think 3 years of waiting is beyond patient.

My cancellation notice from Sideshow. This is pretty depressing.
This is an update regarding your preorder TD973061 for the Jareth on the Throne (Item #904215).
Unfortunately we have received an update from the manufacturer that they have cancelled production for this item. As such we must cancel your order. The order will show as canceled in your online account, within the next 1 to 2 business days.
Any payments made including deposits will be refunded. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund process to be completed. Any rewards points redeemed will also be returned.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
As always, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this matter.

Sorry to hear that, but not really unexpected. I am actually surprised it took so long for sideshow to cancel these orders, CC was dissolved months ago.
