i'm going with Maestro, all that added radiation not to mention decades of being quite pissed has done a number on him. granted we didn't really get to see him in action as much as WWH, but i think he's the strongest of the greens

tough call, I think I have to go with WWH just by a hair. With the increase in power at the end of Planet Hulk, WWH is pretty charged up. Plus he can think just as well as Maestro. On top of that, he is majorly pissed off.

WWHulk.

Maestro was powerful, but at that point in his life, sort of lazy. He hadn't had to defend himself against much, which would take the edge off him.

But smart Hulk was one of the least physically powerful Hulks, wasn't he?

he is one of the weaker hulks, just saying he still had 0 trouble with him even after all those "lazy" years

That's not my claim, that's the story's claim. Maestro himself talks about Professor Hulk being the "first challenge [he's] had in decades." Maestro killed anyone who could pose him a threat long ago. The fact that he put Smart Hulk away pretty easily (and I still maintain that fight wasn't a cakewalk for him at all) doesn't tell us much about how Maestro would stand up to much more powerful Hulks.
