$100,000 can be recouped. It's no bigger than my mortgage.
I have no statues on pre-order though so am in a different state of mind to somebody that does.

Yeah.. only strange they borrowed 100K from a loanshark and not from a decent bank... And If they are not able to pay the loan, how they gonna pay the refunds?

Lawsuit was filed by Balboa Capital Corporation. They stopped paying the loan in June. Looks like they are demanding the outstanding balance of 48k. May not seem like a lot but it also means they have no money to pay the bills. If anyone wants to see the lawsuit send me a pm with your email address.

Not good. I canceled my 1 order via Sideshow. Tired of this ----. If it ends up actually being made; I'll buy it. I even told Sideshow I'll just take store credit. I'm concerned now that Sideshow is even going to honor these. From the sound of things with my chat w/ sideshow's CS, they are just facilitating the refund, so if PCS is broke, wtf does that mean?
Pisses me off as my paypal buyer protection ran out on Saturday.

C'mon guys just ignore all this speculation and keep ordering statues and having faith after 2 year waits since that is how it's always been.
