Seriously hoping they still have replacement heads and arms... I made a claim about a week ago, as all my arms, as well as the helmet have a big white fingerprint on them... I'm going to be raging if this doesn't get fixed.

CALL them! If you're waiting for an email response it can take forever sometimes and in the meantime all the replacement parts are being depleted. Don't wait!

Might just do that this Monday yes! As soon as the piece arrived I talked to someone via the chat, who ended up being the employee handling my claim. Hope I'm not too late  Would hate to have to let this piece go due to SSC not being able to provide me with spare parts...

Just opened mine. Saber doesn’t light up. The saber holding arms don’t match up. And there’s some weird rough ridges on the edge of the helmet. Ordered from Secret Compass. I’ll see how it shakes out!

I had the same issue with the arms holding the saber not fitting in but I found a way to do it and that was not have both arms in the sockets. You can put the right arm in first but then loosen it a bit and then try and line up the left arm and then put it in. You need to take your time and play with the arms a bit.
