Canada Post insurance coverage for statues?

Anyone know if Canada Post know when you buy insurance to ship a Polystone statue, will that cover it if it's gets damaged.

I'm reading that it does not cover Fragile items of an inherently fragile nature such as, but not limited to, glass, framed glass, mirrors, crystal, ceramics, pottery, porcelain and china.

If I wrote fragile on the box, is it bad when something needs to be claimed? Canada Post said they do not cover anything that is fragile.

If this the case they don't cover statues when it gets damaged, then what's the point of buying insurance?

I'd honestly just go through FedEx or Purolator (can't stand UPS). Canada Post has too many loopholes with their insurance and it's always a massive hassle to get anything claimed.
