Facebook Transparency Posts/Updates

I figured we should have a thread for the guys who don't use Facebook here, just posting any transparency posts or relevant updates?

For instance today we got this.

International Shipping Update (Nash, Quan Chi, Kintaro, Kotal Kahn)

We will be sending out updated shipping invoices for international customers for the products above which will drastically lower the shipping costs for international customers as the rate will use USPS instead of FedEx.

And before you ask, for those who have already paid the FedEx rate we will refund the difference in the next two weeks(gives us time to pull the names) and PCS will just eat those costs.

BTW, all Kotal Kahn final invoices with shipping will be sent out this week and shipments will go out in the order of payment received after QC.

Also one from a few days ago regarding refunds.

Issue: Refunds taking too long to be processed

Underlying Issue: New management started digging into the refund issue. Come to find out the a former employee was closing cases and marking refunds as paid even though they were not.

How will this be fixed: new management is systematically going through case by case and making sure all refunds have been done. This is a very manual process and takes time but they will be done at some point in the future.

And they could well get rid of their newsletter, there hasn't been a preview or an announcemen there for a few months, it's just old pics and old news.
Can't see the point of being subscribed anymore, nowadays it's just Facebook or nothing, even for important customer communications such as this one.

That's the point they want something they have complete control over.

This is great news! As someone who sometimes orders doubles, shipping was almost costing me the same price as one statue.

Why is something like this, that affects all paying customers, considered to be a Facebook "exclusive news" and not sent via email?

Weekly newsletter should at the very least contain all official announcements (posts by redant or Jerry) made the prior week.

I don't have Facebook,Twitter,instagram...I do not like the social networks.Unfortunately everything is now working with social networks and I lose important news.Fortunately we have this forum.

There will be exclusives being added back to the newsletter in the future. It's being revamped.
