The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Here is my T-rex break out. N°334/1000

Skin details, wrinkles: this is a wonderfull statue packed with wow factor.
Overall painting is very good and yes, the head is the weak spot.
I was lucky to get a nice one, compared to some photos I've seen.
I made a few paint tweaks to it, nothing too elaborate cause I'm just an average hobbiest.
Now it is perfect for me.
Then I sprayed a layer of satin varnish and bam, it came to life, bring out every details of the sculpture and colour.
I love it, a great Jurassic park memorabilia.
Thank you Chronicle collectibles

That looks amazing. The satin varnish has made a big difference & the face paint looks good .Thanks for sharing the photos.

You're welcome. The stupid camera failed to catch the colours accuratly. Green is the overall tone, not brown.
Sadly I can't do any better for now.

You should
The colours are gonna pop out nicely, making a great finish without the wet effect of a glossy coat.

It's nice, but if i ever painted mine it would be browner. To each their own, though! Still looks good!

Not this. There is a can of satin varnish.
Not at home presently, I can't take a shot of the can sadly.
