doc ock looks cool but the pose on this Spiderman is just terrible IMO. Looks like spidey is squatting on an imaginary toilet bowl, what a shame

You know with all the amazing villains XM produced, I assumed they would knock their Spiderman sculpt out of the park, but it's quite underwhelming? It's not bad either, it looks nice, but I guess I just had a higher expectation for him since he's the main one from the line.

Agreed. I think with Iron Spiderman and a possible black Spiderman those should knock peoples socks off ( I’m just guessing a blk will be done some day )

That's a bad angle to display him at... That said it does look like he needs to pee really badly..
I think someone at XM fell in love with that pose and decided to make it no matter what, because when it was first shown it didn't get a lot of praise from collectors

I think the sculpt itself looks great, but i agree that the pose seems off. Possibly because of the base/statue ratio? Or maybe because the web looks to be almost as long as the base? Possibly makes the grand scale of the statue seem small?

This is an ok piece. Not worth the price tag for US collectors though.

Surprised most don’t like this Spidey. I’ll be looking for it on the aftermarket at a discount, if possible. I think it’s very dynamic. Also can’t wait to see more from the dynamic 1/7th line. I’m pretty sure I’m already in for that Spidey and Thor.

If there's a low ES on this, you might want to hop on it right away.
I personally think this Spidey is the best 1/4 scale option out there. The three portraits are just icing on the cake.
