Question about VIP NYCC tickets

Hello,

Sorry to bother you all but I wanted to ask for anyone here that has bought vip tickets to NYCC before do you get in earlier into the artist alley than you would buying the regular four day pass tickets? Also do they still line you up in the basement like area (maybe it is called the queue center?)?

Thanks so much!

you don't get in anywhere early. You get a separate less crowded entrance.

VIP's get a slight advantage over the regular ticket holders, but not by a lot. They let the VIP's in first and then let in all of the regulars. So it's not a huge time advantage. It may get you to one of your favorite artists first, but that's about it since everyone will be mobbing in right after you.

Hello,

Thank you both so much for answering. So do you still wait down in the basement like area with everyone else but just ahead in the line?

Thanks again

Last year, vips who wanted to go to artist alley got to line up in the hallway before artist alley. The year before, it was just a separate entrance from the regular tickets. Since it's varied in different years, it's hard to say anything definite. Sorry about the lack of info.
