Hi Alex, do you know if it's planned to be two separate rods or one rod bent into an 'L' shape? If it's two rods, is there plan to attach the two together for proper load transfer?

hey alex, not sure if you would know or not but if you are given a replacement item for something that is damaged (switch out portrait, hand etc.) they ask you to destroy it or they charge you for the part. if you decide to not destroy it because you want to have an extra just in case something happens (falls, knocked over) how much do they charge you? this is for a NON-ex part btw

Sorry, I missed that first time around. It is good to hear it has been at least considered however. It would be a wonderful option for those of us who would like to paint them ourselves and it would have avoided many issues such as the Big chap LSB recently. Maybe it will be considered again in future... Make it happen for us Alex!

It's expected to be a single piece (either a bent "L" shape or a fused together two piece rod that makes that 'L' shape).

People have been charged in the past for not destroying pieces or not sending back pieces that were requested in the replacement process. I do not know how much is charged in instances where people do not destroy or send back the damaged pieces they received replacements for.

Will SS agree to refund those who purchased prints in the past with return shipping, or possibly give a credit, or just deny the request?
Given that the terminology was vague enough to change yesterday on all product pages, it seems that SS knows this might come up.
Thanks for your time, and thanks for answering a tough question!

Hi Alex, I don't know if this has been answered or not but here it goes: will the arm seams on the amazing spider man pf be where they were on the piece shown at sdcc ( tricep area) or will they be moved so that they are not that noticeable)
Thanks!

This is definitely a question I do not have an answer to, sorry. I'd contact our Customer Service directly as they would be the ones handling a question such as this as they ultimately handle refunds, credits, returns, etc.

Sorry, I do not know the exact date it's expected to arrive into the warehouse at this time. As of today I have not seen it's arrived to us.

Seams are not expected to be on the arms of the Spider-Man PF but if that changes that will be shown in the updated production gallery of the PF before it begins shipping.

I don't believe there are any new Alien or Predator pieces expected to go up for Pre-Order this year. There are some upcoming pieces from both properties that should be up next year for Pre-Order.
