I mean it's based on the NECA figure, not sure what he expects. I do wish it was based solely on the Kenner toy though. NECA re-used City Hunter armor pieces for their's.
The bio-mask and wrist blades are the only new sculpts NECA used. Everything else is taken from their City Hunter figure. Kinda bummed now that Prime 1 went with NECA's recycled City Hunter figure instead of the real Kenner toy.

Yeah, I'm the same. I'm not sure I'll actually buy it unless the price is surprisingly low. I think I may have to save my money for the up and coming movie Aliens and Predators. But the more I look at this, the more I do like it a lot...

Opposite for me, and for the reason I listed above.
It's authentic to the NECA toy, and not the original source. I will probably have to pass on it.
The Kenner figures were a main factor in my introduction to the franchise as a child, so they hold special value to me.

Can we get "Cracked tusk" added to the thread title, it's hard to keep up with all of the Predator stuff around here now.
Here he is unmasked..

Wow, these look great! Sadly the size of the piece and massive base will keep this from my buy list.
