How often have you canceled a Preorder?

Yeah, they really need to find a way to cut down on their insane wait times. All of the Superman statues are exciting to me, but then I realize they won't ship until 2021-2022 and I lose interest.

NRDs are not all that bad imo. I look at it this way - on a $999 statue, you're looking at a $100 NRD.

If your statue tanks in value and you have to sell for $100 or $200 less than retail (like the first Arkham Batman) you're going to lose more than $100 on that loss and on shipping, PayPal fees, and eBay fees if you use it.

If I have to sell AK Batman for $700 or $800, I just lost a lot of money, around $300 after all is said and done.

I haven't cancelled any and hopefully I won't have to. Much of my Preorders are from Prime 1 so I definitely know about that long wait time unfortunately. Currently, I have Mr. Freeze, XE Batman, HUSH Batman, HUSH Superman, HUSH Poison Ivy and the New52 Batman. Mr. Freeze has already been pushed back until this December and who knows whether XE Batman will be shipped in time. The only statue I have from Sideshow is the new Wonder Woman and that's because I feel that she was the best of the new Trinity.

The way I looked at it is, I've already invested the money with the Flex Pay and the NRD and although the waiting game can be exhaustive, I know that once these pieces arrive, they'll be worth the wait. The bright side to the long wait is that I'll have more time to build the cabinets to hold them all

Heh, actually me too as well. Oh, also 1/6 figure of this too.. cancelled that because i was switching to actually order the Gal Gadot 1/4. Double cancel on that :P

How often have I cancelled a PO? A LOT!

In the many years that I've been collecting I've cancelled SO many pieces. Especially when Sideshow wasn't charging an nrd. Even still I've lost too many nrds. Not smart collecting in my opinion.
