I received mine about 2 weeks ago, never submitted anything nor emailing.
I bought directly from Prime 1 and my statue doesn't have leaning problem, it's been pretty solid so far.

I don't own it but I've been following this thread.
My take is it's one of the biggest, best and most beautifully detailed Batman of amazing 2-D art ever produced. With that said, it's a total bummer that (some collectors) pieces lean and have a structural flaw. This in my opinion would absolutely 100% take away from pride of ownership if I had this on my shelves. If you have to re-sell you have to disclose which would make you take a hit on your selling price.
It's not a cheap piece, and it should not have a structural flaw, it's NOT like a paint chip that can be touched up and forgotten about.

I ordered from Sideshow and I have doubts I'll ever even receive the pillar. We'll see I guess.
Anyway I love the statue, but Batman is also all I really focus on when it comes to collecting these things. I guess on this one the main thing is whether or not you're ok with the crouching pose. But really overall for how big it is, how many switch outs it comes with, and in general where the cost of statues are going, I think it's really solid overall. But I guess I'd probably say that about a lot of Batman statues lol.

Just got shipping confirmation for the pillar from sideshow, didn't do anything special, good service on their part.

Just received notice as well. My statue has not had any problems, but I will still probably use this just to be safe.
