There are 4 reviews on youtube about the Endo arm and most seem on the negative side. The base being made of plastic and the remote on the chip not working as well as receiving them with broken parts are some of the complaints.

Yeah think you’re right there, you either get a good one (i.e. it works) or you don’t. Luckily I ordered this local so any problems and it’ll be easy to return.

Well I hope UPS doesn’t decide to run a train on this during shipping like they did recently to a bust I received! OMG damn thing looked like Ace Ventura took a sledgehammer to it! I hope this one ships to me with no damage!
